The Caseificio Starace dairy in Vico Equense opens its doors to offer visitors an unforgettable up-close look at the artisanal production of butter, mozzarella, and other exquisite cheeses characteristic of the region, using the renowned local milk collected daily by area farmers.
Each visit includes a live demonstration by the master cheesemaker, a guided tour of the factory, and, above all, the opportunity to taste the delicious dairy products prepared during the lesson.
