Naples - Park Shore

Park Shore Summary

Park Shore sits on a thin barrier island with the gulf and sand on the west side, and the Venetian Bay on the east side of the island. The Park Shore development began in the late 60's and early 70's and the last of the building is finishing today. The last high-rise tower on the the beach is currently under construction and is priced from the mid million dollar range on up. The area has high rise condos on the beach, and mid rise condos and single family homes on the Venetian bay. As well as single family homes off the bay. Residents on the beach and the eastside of the bay are within a short walk to the Venetian Village which offers fine shops, dining, treats and coffee. Bay side condos and homes have boat access and great bay views. High-rise condos have views with a combination of generous grass court yards, beach, gulf and bay views.

Location

Park Shore is located just north of the Moorings neighborhood between the Gulf of Mexico and Tamiami Trail North (US 41). Near downtown Naples, malls, shopping areas and the water.
