Summary

Forest Glen is a newer bundled golf community (golf included) developed by Lennar Homes. Lennar sold the last of their new units early 2004. The community offers 18 holes of championship golf, clubhouse, driving range, dining, pool, exercise facilities, walking pathss through the nature preserves, and many more amenities. Properties include condos in 4 story buildings, garden homes (12-plex: 6 units up and 6 down), coach homes (2 up, 2 down), attached villas (2 units spilt) and single family homes.

The clubhouse is very user friendly with dining, cocktails, billiards, computer center and fitness all under one roof.

While the community has been sold out by the builder, construction of the final units sold will continue until early 2005. At that time, the community will be turned over from the builder to Forest Glen residents. See turnover.

Location

Forest Glen is located approximately 10 miles to downtown Naples and Naples beaches, and approximately 15 miles to Marco Island beaches. During light traffic periods, you can get to the Ft. Myers Southwest Regional Airport in approximately 30 minutes and Ft. Lauderdale's airport in 1 hour - 15 minutes.

The main entrance is just one mile south of I-75 on Collier Blvd. The back nine of the golf course and nature preserves act as a nice buffer between the homes at Forest Glen and Collier Blvd making the community very quite and peaceful.

The Forest Glen Golf course is over 7,000 yards longs offering a real challenge to big hitters. The 9th and 18th are great finishing holes with approach shots over water to greens near the clubhouse. Score Card
