Nice selection of fresh fish, oysters and there's a restaurant attached.
If you don't feel like cooking, then order things to go from the
restaurant. Located on Bonita Beach Road 3/4
miles west of Tamiami. Area # 1 on map.
The Fresh Market
Very popular market and very good. Specialty foods, fruits,
vegetables, wines, fresh fish, deli items, sandwiches and many other
fresh specialties. Definitely worth a visit. This is not a place you
would necessarily find by driving by, you would have to know about it.
On Tamiami, three stop lights south of Pine Ridge Road in the Park Shore
Plaza. Area 3 on map.
Oakes Farm Market
Also a popular market with fresh fruits, vegetables, specialty foods,
deli, fish and meat departments. Located at the western end of Davis
Blvd. North side of the road. Area 5 on the map.
Third Street South's Farmers Market
Farmers, craft vendors, growers and mini-distributors set up their
stands in the Third Street South area's parking lot. It can be a fun
walk through. 7:30am to noon on Saturdays. Area
